Jason Murata, Chair of Axinn's Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee, draws on over 20 years of experience to address clients' most critical intellectual property challenges. With a strong background in pre-trial, trial, and appellate litigation, he adeptly handles complex IP disputes across a wide range of industries, including pharmaceuticals, biopharmaceuticals, technology, consumer goods, and food products. Victoria Lu’s antitrust practice focuses on civil litigation, government investigations, and merger review.  Most recently, Victoria has been involved in defending Tyson Foods in federal class action and multi-district lawsuits alleging price fixing of various proteins and defending Independence Blue Cross in federal class action and multi-district lawsuits challenging the Blue Cross Blue Shield health insurance system. Other recent work includes assisting in the successful closure of multiple no-poach investigations by the DOJ and analyzing antitrust risk for contemplated acquisitions and divestitures.

Sam Sherman is an associate in the Axinn's Antitrust group. His practice focuses on antitrust transactions, litigation, and government investigations. He has represented both U.S. and multinational clients across a variety of sectors, including life sciences, technology, and cannabis.

Ramya Auroprem is an associate in Axinn’s Intellectual Property group. Her practice focuses on patent litigation in district courts and Section 337 investigations at the International Trade Commission. Ramya has handled matters involving 3G/4G cellular communications standards and cloud technology, and on behalf of both originator and generic pharmaceutical clients.
