Drawing on more than twenty years of experience, Nick counsels clients on a full range of antitrust issues, including litigation, mergers, civil non-merger and criminal cartel investigations, internal investigations, and counseling. A skilled listener, Nick has helped clients to resolve antitrust problems in diverse industries ranging from aerospace defense to data analytics, recycled paper to beverage packaging, sports equipment to sports entertainment.

Heather Zuckert  is an associate in Axinn’s Antitrust group. She has experience representing both U.S. and foreign companies in a diverse array of complex antitrust litigation and transactional matters. She has also advised clients in connection with state and federal criminal investigations. Her recent experience includes litigating class action lawsuits alleging price fixing by major U.S. protein suppliers and representing VMware in its landmark $69 billion acquisition by Broadcom.

Eva Yung is a partner in Axinn’s Litigation group. Her experience includes matters involving complex contractual disputes, antitrust issues, unfair and deceptive practices, and defamation. She specializes in breaking down complicated legal issues and fact patterns into manageable and successful strategies in a variety of contexts, such as multidistrict litigation and sprawling class actions. She has also taken leading roles in internal investigations and advised international clients on sanctions, FCPA and anti-terrorism law issues, as well as whistleblower guidelines and risk assessments. Outside of commercial litigation, she has also taken on immigration matters at the agency and appellate levels.
