On December 15, Axinn partner Jeny Maier spoke on a panel entitled, "Antitrust and Managed Care: What’s New and What’s Important for the Industry?" at the American Bar Association's National Managed Care Institute held December 14-15 in Washington, DC.
Panelists provided an update on several topics including, Biden’s Executive Order; the Antitrust Division’s case against the United/Change transaction; litigation trends and the policies favoring trials over settlements; the FTC’s hostility toward PBMs; and the Blue Cross MDL.
