On April 16 and April 17, Axinn partner Lisl Dunlop will speak on the "Deal Uncertainty – New Antitrust Challenges in Federal Merger Reviews" panel at the American Health Law Association's Health Care Transactions Program, being held April 15-17 in Nashville.
As federal antitrust agencies are continuing to challenge health care transactions aggressively under an ever-broadening range of theories, panelists will discuss key changes in approach including:
