PLI’s 2020 Antitrust Counseling & Compliance Program

On October 16, Axinn partner Lisl Dunlop spoke on, "Interactions with Customers and Suppliers: Marketing and Distribution Issues in Antitrust Law" at PLI’s Antitrust Counseling & Compliance Program.

Lisl discussed contrasting treatment of vertical restraints outside the United States and provided an overview of antitrust laws applying to marketing and distribution. She covered price discrimination and discriminatory provisions of promotional funds and services.
