Axinn partners Daniel Bitton and Tiffany Rider spoke at CompLaw's Antitrust West Coast Conference held from May 12-13 in San Francisco. Daniel will also serve as conference chair.
On May 12, Tiffany Rider moderated a panel entitled, "Enforcement Focus on Labor Market Collusion." Panelists discussed developments in no-poach and wage-fixing criminal enforcement, compliance in HR and recruiting, and revised FAQs to the Leniency Program.
On May 13, Daniel Bitton also moderated a panel entitled, "Mergers: 'Close at Your Own Risk.'" Panelists discussed new approaches to merger enforcement, recent procedural updates, and key considerations for multijurisdictional mergers.
