NYU Professor Robert Seamans moderated the panel. Daniel Spulber, Professor at the Kellogg School of Management; Kirti Gupta, Director of Economic Strategy at Qualcomm; Roger Noll, Professor at Stanford University and Michael Cragg, Chairman of The Brattle Group also served as panelists.
