On February 27, Axinn partner Rachel Adcox will speak at the Consumer Brands CPG Legal Forum, being held February 26-28 in Racho Palos Verdes, CA.
Rachel will speak on the "Antitrust & The CPG Industry: Is Winter Coming?" panel. Panelists will discuss current M&A-related developments, considerations for labor markets and supply chains, and the ingredients for an effective antitrust program.
Rachel will also participate in the "CPG and Competition: Antitrust Forecast for 2024" roundtable. Participants will discuss the FTC and DOJ’s efforts to reset legal standards for mergers; implications of supply chain consolidation and potential antitrust considerations; recent litigation; and actionable insights around competition and pricing issues in a post-pandemic world.
