ABA 63rd Annual Section of Antitrust Law Spring Meeting

On April 15, Axinn partners Rick Dagen and Tiffany Rider spoke at the ABA 63rd Annual Section of Antitrust Law Spring Meeting in Washington, DC. Rick participated in a panel focused on the FTC's action against the North Carolina State Board of Dental Examiners. Tiffany participated in the debate entitled, "Through the Looking Glass: When 'Direct' Means 'Indirect.'"
