On September 21, Mike spoke on a panel entitled, "Policy vs Politics: Trends Shaping the Interplay Between IP and Competition in 2022 and Beyond." Panelists discussed the significant effects that policy reviews across the world could have on licensor and licensee strategies, the impact of growing national security concerns on SEP policy, and if there is a risk of over-regulation or conflicting global regulations.
