Have We Exceeded the Limits of Antitrust?

On October 27, Axinn partner John Harkrider participated in a panel entitled, "Competition Regulation in Political/Institutional Context" at the annual international competition law conference, "Have We Exceeded the Limits of Antitrust?" in Washington, DC.

Hosted by ICLE and the Centre for Business Law and Practice at the University of Leeds, UK, this two-day conference provided a platform for scholars, regulators, and practitioners from both sides of the Atlantic to exchange views and develop their thinking on important aspects of competition law.
