National LGBTQ+ Bar Association Lavender Law Conference and Career Fair 2024

Axinn partner and Chief Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Officer Leslie Overton will speak at the National LGBTQ+ Bar Association's Lavender Law Conference and Career Fair, being held August 7-9 in Washington, DC.

Leslie will speak on "The New Era of Antitrust" panel during the conference's Finance Law Institute. As the landscape of competition law is undergoing a seismic shift in the wake of significant antitrust actions by the U.S. DOJ against several tech corporations, panelists the DOJ’s priorities in this space and the impacts companies are seeing across business sectors. Panelists will also discuss how these actions resonate globally, particularly with European regulators who are increasingly taking the lead in antitrust enforcement.
