PLI's 2019 Antitrust Counseling & Compliance Program

On October 18, Axinn partner Lisl Dunlop spoke on a panel entitled, "Marketing and Distribution Issues in Antitrust Law (Vertical Restraints)" at Practising Law Institute's Antitrust Counseling & Compliance Program in New York.

This panel provided an overview of antitrust laws that apply to marketing and distribution. Lisl discussed contrasting treatment of vertical restraints outside the U.S. and when vertical restraints are problematic.
