On October 8, Axinn partner Jason Murata will speak on the "Key Agencies Overview: Understanding the Jurisdiction and Interplay of the FDA and the USPTO in the Patenting of Drugs, Biologics and Biosimilars" panel at American Conference Institute's Hatch-Waxman and BPCIA Proficiency Series, being held virtually October 8 – 24.
Panelists will discuss the respective roles and interplay of the FDA and PTO in the patenting and approval of drugs and biological products.
