AIJA IP/TMT Seminar // 11th Antitrust Annual Conference

On October 26, Axinn partner Dan Oakes will speak on the "Antitrust and Economics – Ups and (More?) Downs, Will the Love Story Come to an End?" at the International Association of Young Lawyers' IP/TMT Seminar // 11th Antitrust Annual Conference, being held October 24-26 in Málaga, Spain. 

Panelists will discuss: 

• If economic analysis will play a less important role in competition law in the future;
• If a decline of "more economic approaches" in antitrust law is being seen; 
• If courts are getting tired of economic evidence battles in follow-on litigation and would rather go for estimations by themselves and; 
• What the new market definition notice tells us (draft of 8 February 2024).
