On February 27, Axinn partner Daniel Bitton and counsel Kenina Lee will speak at the Consumer Brands Association's CPG Legal Forum, being held February 26-28 in San Diego.
Daniel will speak on the "Antitrust Session – Competition Legal Landscape in CPG" panel. Panelists will discuss current regulatory developments and enforcement dynamics that CPG lawyers need to be mindful of, including the ongoing updates to the HSR process and transaction challenges with the nation’s top antitrust agencies: the FTC and DOJ.
Kenina will speak on the "Urge To Merge: Making a Practical Sense of Antitrust Enforcement" roundtable. Speakers will discuss the latest updates for merger enforcement and significant changes at the FTC and DOJ, and what these developments mean for preparation, diligence, and enforcement.
