On February 27, Axinn partner Daniel Bitton will speak on the "Antitrust Session – Competition Legal Landscape in CPG" panel at Consumer Brands Association's CPG Legal Forum, being held February 26-28 in San Diego.
Panelists will discuss current regulatory developments and enforcement dynamics that CPG lawyers need to be mindful of, including the ongoing updates to the HSR process and transaction challenges with the nation’s top antitrust agencies: the Federal Trade Commission and the Antitrust Division of the Department of Justice.
