GCR Women in Antitrust 2024
On November 12, Axinn partner Lisl Dunlop will speak on the "Expanding Merger Control Tools for Non-Traditional Deals and Non-Traditional Theories of Harm" panel at Global Competition Review's Women in Antitrust Conference in Washington, DC.
Panelists will answer questions such as:
- How are labor market issues impacting merger cases?
- Does a broadening/refocusing of merger control on employee hires from startups conflict with agency concerns about competition in labor markets (non-competes)?
- Are sustainability benefits soon to be accepted as an efficiencies defense?
