ITCTLA Mock Hearing Program 2024

On November 13, Axinn associates Ramya Auroprem and Ian Swan* will participate in the International Trade Commission Trial Lawyers Association’s Mock Hearing Program  in Washington, DC.

Participants will prepare for and take part in a mock evidentiary hearing before the Commission’s administrative law judges. These mock hearings will prepare NEXT Advocates for success when they participate in actual investigations at the Commission. 

Axinn partners Jeannine Sano and Eric Krause will serve as law firm practitioner coaches.
