NJSBA Annual Meeting and Convention 2025

On May 15, Axinn partner Aziz Burgy will speak on "The Nuanced Relationship Between Outside Counsel and their Clients in All Industries with a Focus on Cost-Effective and Efficient Intellectual Property Strategies," at the New Jersey State Bar Association's Annual Meeting and Convention, being held May 14-16 in Atlantic City. 

Panelists will share what in-house counsel should know when building and navigating their relationships with outside counsel and explore these relationships in the context of litigation under the Hatch-Waxman Act as it relates to patents. Panelists will also discuss practical, cost-effective approaches to intellectual property litigation to improve efficiency and outcomes for companies.
