On January 16, Axinn partners Lisl Dunlop and Nick Gaglio spoke at the New York State Bar Association Antitrust Law Section's Annual Meeting in New York.
Lisl moderated the "Antitrust Omelet: I’ll Have Mine with Fresh Guidelines and New Rules; Robust Enforcement on the Side" panel. Panelists discussed the new HSR rules and what they mean for filing parties and the reviewing agencies.
