Aigerim Saudabayeva is an associate in Axinn's Antitrust group. Her practice focuses on government investigations, merger clearance, and litigation.

Aigerim received her law degree from the University of Southern California, Gould School of Law, where she served as the senior submissions editor for the Southern California Law Review, academic chair of the Gold Honors Scholars, and human rights chair of the International Law and Relations Organization. She also worked as a student attorney with the International Human Rights Clinic and as a research assistant for Professors Hannah Garry and Felipe Jimenez assisting on projects ranging from refugee law to private law theory.
While in law school, Aigerim was an intern for the Antitrust Division of the U.S. Department of Justice, where she worked with the International Section. She also spent her last semester as a Dean Acheson trainee in the cabinet of Judge Paul Nihoul at the European Union General Court in Luxembourg, focusing on cases pertaining to competition law.
She graduated from Barnard College in 2015 with a BA in Economics, where she spent her junior year abroad at Oriel College at the University of Oxford. Upon graduation, Aigerim returned to Oxford, where she earned her M.Phil. in Sociology and Demography. She was a summer associate with Axinn in 2021.

- Represented Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc., a leading player in interactive entertainment, in its $460 million acquisition of The Gearbox Entertainment Company.
- Represented VMware, Inc., a leading virtualization software provider, in its $69 billion acquisition by Broadcom Inc., a global technology leader in semiconductor, data center hardware, and infrastructure software solutions.
- Represented University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, a world-renowned health care provider and insurer, in its affiliation with Washington Health System.
- Represented the Florida Association of Realtors in connection with a Florida state class action alleging a conspiracy to fix buyer-broker commissions.
- Secured asylum on behalf of pro bono client who worked in the democratic Afghan government’s National Directorate of Security.
