Since joining Axinn in 2018 as the Chief Marketing & Business Development Officer, Annie has focused on ensuring the firm’s operations support its strategic vision. In 2022, she was appointed Chief Operating Officer, where she now spearheads initiatives to streamline firm-wide processes, optimize resources, and cultivate an inclusive environment where both attorneys and business professionals can thrive.  

Prior to Axinn, Annie held senior positions at several AmLaw 100 firms and most recently led the U.S. marketing and business development team at a global AmLaw 20 firm. Her deep industry experience and focus on operational excellence continue to foster results across the organization.

Annie holds a B.A. in English from the College of William & Mary.
