Megan Walden is an associate in Axinn's Antitrust group. Her practice focuses on merger analysis, government investigations, and antitrust counseling.
Megan earned her JD at The George Washington University Law School, where she served as an articles editor for The George Washington Law Review, a Writing Fellow for the GW Law Writing Center, and an Alternative Dispute Resolution Skills board member. While there, she was a law clerk at Axinn’s Washington, DC, office, where she supported the team representing Sagard Holdings, Fairfax Financial Holdings, and Peak Achievement Athletics in the DOJ review and clearance of the acquisition of Easton Diamond Sports by Rawlings Sporting Goods.
Megan was a summer associate with Axinn in 2020 and holds a BA in Sociology from Davidson College. Prior to law school, Megan worked for the UN Refugee Agency in Lebanon, Turkey, and Myanmar.
