Mike Keeley, chair of Axinn’s antitrust practice, has nearly 30 years of experience guiding clients through antitrust clearance for multibillion-dollar mergers, trying complex antitrust cases, and guiding companies through the increasingly challenging antitrust landscape. Heather Zuckert  is an associate in Axinn’s Antitrust group. She has experience representing both U.S. and foreign companies in a diverse array of complex antitrust litigation and transactional matters. She has also advised clients in connection with state and federal criminal investigations. Her recent experience includes litigating class action lawsuits alleging price fixing by major U.S. protein suppliers and representing VMware in its landmark $69 billion acquisition by Broadcom.
