Megan Dill is an associate in Axinn’s Antitrust group. She represents and advises clients on a variety of antitrust matters.

Megan earned her JD from Antonin Scalia Law School, where she served as a symposium editor for the George Mason Law Review where she curated the 27th Annual Antitrust Symposium including a keynote conversation with Supreme Court Justice Neil Gorsuch and Judge Douglas Ginsburg. She also worked as a research assistant for the Global Antitrust Institute where she contributed to publishing several public comments to domestic and international antitrust enforcement agencies.
During law school, Megan was an intern with the Federal Trade Commission’s Mergers IV Division and the Department of Justice Antitrust Division’s Healthcare and Consumer Products Section working on complex Second Request Investigations at both agencies. Megan was also a law clerk with the Attorney General’s Office of Maryland Antitrust Division where she worked on multistate enforcement cases and conducted legal research on antitrust remedies. She was a summer associate with Axinn in 2023.
Megan holds a BA in Spanish Language and Culture and a BS in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
