Tejaswini Gupta guides clients in matters intersecting antitrust and intellectual property law. Prior to law school, Tejaswini worked at a leading financial institution’s commercial specialized lending/investments group.

Tejaswini specializes in antitrust litigation, merger clearance, and compliance matters, including Hart-Scott-Rodino (HSR) filings and second request responses. She collaborates with clients across diverse industries, providing strategic counsel on regulatory risks and competition-related matters.
Prior to practicing in the Washington, D.C., office of an international law firm, Tejaswini was a judicial extern to the Hon. Sophia Y. Vuelo in the Minnesota Judicial Branch Second Judicial District Court. While attending the University of Virginia School of Law, she was Executive Editor of the Virginia Journal of Social Policy and the Law and served as Vice President of Women of Color.
Augmenting her work with the Virginia Innocence Project Student Group and Legal Aid of West Virginia, Tejaswini maintains an active pro bono practice representing clients in criminal appeals and under the D.C. Incarceration Reduction Amendment Act (IRAA).
