Axinn Counsel Win New England Legal Awards
July 24, 2024

Axinn is proud to announce that counsel Rebecca Clegg and Jarod Taylor have won New England Legal Awards.

Rebecca Clegg won a New Leaders in the Law award, which spotlights attorneys under age 40 who have excelled in the courtroom, in client service and cultivation, service to bar associations and/or pro bono work or community service. Rebecca's practice focuses on complex intellectual property litigation and counseling, particularly in the fields of medical devices, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and semiconductors. She regularly litigates medical device and Hatch-Waxman Paragraph IV patent infringement suits and also has experience representing clients in commercial litigation cases.

Jarod Taylor won an Unsung Hero award, which recognizes attorneys who have worked behind the scenes on particularly important work. Jarod represents clients in antitrust and other high-stakes, complex commercial litigation, arbitrations, and government investigations nationwide. He has represented clients in some of the largest litigations of the last few years, including multibillion-dollar, multidistrict class actions, and he has fought just as hard for individuals, including attorneys accused of malpractice and directors and officers whose careers were on the line in regulatory investigations.

Winners will be recognized at the awards dinner on September 26 in Boston.
