On October 4, Axinn partner Nick Gaglio spoke on a panel entitled, "New Developments in Public and Private Enforcement of Antitrust Law" at the Association Internationale des Jeunes Avocats Annual Antitrust Conference in Lyon, France. Panel participants discussed the developments in public and private enforcement that they’ve encountered during their day-to-day practices.
Taking place October 3-5, this three-day event focused on antitrust litigation in a broad sense, with sessions covering general policies reflected by new developments in national and international legal frameworks as well as practice-based insights.
