Antitrust Practice Workshop: The Big Deal

Axinn partner Daniel Bitton and associates James Goldfeier presented "The Big Deal," an Antitrust practice workshop at Columbia Law School. The presentation walked attendees through the life of a merger and the role of an antitrust lawyer in getting the deal through merger clearance in the United States and around the world. Daniel, James and Cagla also shared their experiences and insights on career paths, the recruiting process and associate life.
