International Association of Defense Counsel 2024 Annual Meeting

On July 8, Axinn partner Rachel Adcox will speak on the "Update on Food Price-Fixing Litigation in the U.S. and Abroad" panel at the International Association of Defense Counsel's Annual Meeting, being held July 6-11 in Vancouver.

Panelists will discuss the favorable jury verdict a U.S. chicken producer recently obtained in a price-fixing case and the potential implications of that verdict, other recent developments and emerging issues in food price-fixing litigation, and evolving strategies for plaintiffs and defendants in the U.S., Canada, and beyond.
