John Bogert is an associate in the antitrust group in Axinn’s New York office. His practice focuses on merger analysis, government investigations, and antitrust counseling.
John earned his JD from The George Washington University Law School with a Concentration in Business & Finance Law. While there, he was a member of the Antitrust Law Association and an author for the Federal Communications Law Journal.
John was a summer associate with Axinn in 2022. Before joining Axinn, he interned for the Healthcare Division of the Federal Trade Commission’s Bureau of Competition and the Antitrust Section of Pennsylvania’s Office of Attorney General, where he worked on matters involving healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and airlines.
John holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a Minor in History from Franklin & Marshall College.
