Victoria Lu’s antitrust practice focuses on civil litigation, government investigations, and merger review. Most recently, Victoria has been involved in defending Tyson Foods in federal class action and multi-district lawsuits alleging price fixing of various proteins and defending Independence Blue Cross in federal class action and multi-district lawsuits challenging the Blue Cross Blue Shield health insurance system. Other recent work includes assisting in the successful closure of multiple no-poach investigations by the DOJ and analyzing antitrust risk for contemplated acquisitions and divestitures.

Victoria also maintains an active pro bono practice, including assisting Afghan refugees obtain asylum and representing a prison inmate in a federal civil rights case against government officials.
Victoria attended Boston University School of Law, where she served as a Notes Editor for the American Journal of Law and Medicine. During law school, Victoria was a legal intern at the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office and represented clients in insurance and property matters as a member of Boston University School of Law’s Individual Rights Civil Litigation Clinic.
Prior to her legal career, Victoria worked in brand and product management at multiple Fortune 500 companies. She holds a BA in Political Science and Economics from the University of Michigan.
