Axinn won a 2024 Concurrences Antitrust Writing Award for “Shift in Health Care Antitrust Prosecutions is Likely,” by James Attridge, Dan Oakes, and Tasneem Chowdhury, an article that originally appeared in the February 2023 edition of Law360.
The article won in the Concerted Practices category for the Concurrences Antitrust Writing Awards, which seeks to promote competition scholarship and contribute to competition advocacy in the legal and economic fields.
