Axinn Achieves Mansfield Certification from Diversity Lab for 2023-2024

Axinn, Veltrop & Harkrider LLP has achieved Mansfield Certification from Diversity Lab for 2023-2024, highlighting the firm’s commitment to recruiting and retaining a diverse workforce and supporting an inclusive work environment.

Led by Diversity Lab, Mansfield is a year-long, structured certification process designed to ensure that all talent within the firm has a fair and equitable opportunity to advance into leadership. In committing to the certification process, firms are asked to affirmatively consider at least 30% historically underrepresented individuals, including those who are women, from underrepresented racial/ethnic groups, live with disabilities, and are part of the LGBTQ+ community for top leadership roles.

Mansfield’s certification criteria asks firms to commit to the core principles of transparency, accountability, and knowledge sharing, with a focus on ensuring that opportunities for advancement are transparent and inclusive for everyone.
