Axinn Successfully Concludes Foreign Auction Bid Rigging Case

Axinn successfully represented Enron International Korea (EIK) in an antitrust action against Credit Suisse First Boston (CSFB) in the Southern District of New York. The complaint alleged that when EIK attempted to auction certain of its energy assets, CSFB conspired with domestic and foreign bidders to rig the auction. After AV&H obtained expedited foreign discovery, EIK was able to obtain a favorable business settlement.
