Axinn Wins Motion to Dismiss Monopolization Suit for Stanley Black & Decker

John Harkrider, along with partner Rick Dagen and associate Mike O’Mara acted as lead counsel for Stanley Black & Decker in obtaining dismissal of a monopolization suit brought by SawStop in the Eastern District of Virginia. This suit claimed that Stanley Black & Decker had conspired with other table saw suppliers to prevent SawStop technology -- which would allegedly prevent table saw accidents -- from being mandated on all table saws.
