Heather Zuckert is an associate in Axinn’s Antitrust group. She has experience representing both U.S. and foreign companies in a diverse array of complex antitrust litigation and transactional matters. She has also advised clients in connection with state and federal criminal investigations. Her recent experience includes litigating class action lawsuits alleging price fixing by major U.S. protein suppliers and representing VMware in its landmark $69 billion acquisition by Broadcom.

Heather Zuckert is an associate in Axinn’s Antitrust group. Prior to joining Axinn, Heather practiced in the antitrust department of a global law firm. Heather earned her JD at the University of Virginia School of Law, where she served on the Virginia Law Review Editorial Board. While in law school, Heather was also a legal intern for the Connecticut Office of the Attorney General. She holds a BA in English from Boston College, where she was admitted to Phi Beta Kappa.
