A Culture of Inclusivity
At Axinn, inclusivity is central to who we are. We have a purpose that goes beyond profit, which includes fostering a fair, welcoming workplace and supporting the communities where we live and work.
We actively recognize talent and promote opportunities for all team members. By embracing the unique experiences and perspectives of our people, we fuel creativity and deliver results for our clients.

Employee Resource Groups
Our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) share a collective mission to foster a culture of inclusivity and belonging—one that helps the Firm attract and retain top talent, builds community, and supports exceptional client service. ERG membership is voluntary and open to all employees, and we encourage anyone interested to get involved and explore leadership opportunities.
Currently, we have five ERGs, with plans to expand as employee interest grows.
- Asian American and Pacific Islander
- AxinnPride
- BOLD (Black Organization for Leadership and Diversity)
- Jewish Employee Resource Group
- WIN (Women’s Initiative Network)
