Axinn Receives Three Nominations for 2014 GCR Awards

Global Competition Review has selected Axinn as one of five finalists for the 2014 GCR “Matter of the Year” Award for its role as global coordinating antitrust counsel to Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. in its $13.6 billion acquisition of Life Technologies Corporation.
Axinn was also nominated for “Regional Firm of the Year – Americas” as a firm “that has had an outstandingly successful 2013 in terms of the quality and quantity of its competition work” and John Harkrider’s article “Seeing the Forest through the SEPs” has been shortlisted for “Article of the Year.”
The finalists were compiled by editors at the publication and GCR readers will decide the winner through an online vote. To cast your vote, click here.
The winner and two runners up will be announced on Tuesday, March 25, 2014 at the GCR Awards Dinner in Washington, DC.
