With 30 years of intellectual property litigation experience, Jeannine Sano is frequently sought out as lead trial counsel for jury and bench trials in patent and trade secret cases across the country. She has tried cases involving a range of technology fields, such as mobile communications, video processing, graphics, memory, display, semiconductor manufacturing, and medical devices, and prevailed on appeals before the Federal Circuit and the California Court of Appeal.
