A Culture of Inclusivity
At Axinn, inclusivity is a central aspect of our identity. We have a purpose beyond profit, which includes creating an equitable work environment and helping the communities in which we work.
Recognizing talent and promoting opportunity, we’re proactive in our approach to leveraging the unique experiences and diverse perspectives of our people to drive creativity and superior results for our clients.
Our Commitment
“As an antitrust lawyer, I believe that robust competition among companies benefits consumers through lower prices, greater innovation, and higher quality. I am of the strong opinion that when individuals from diverse backgrounds are able to compete in the marketplace for talent, without discriminatory barriers placed on their ability to be hired or promoted, the teams and companies they join perform better.”
— Leslie Overton, Partner and Chief Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Officer
Employee Resource Groups
The collective mission of our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) is to foster a culture of inclusivity that attracts and retains top talent, builds a sense of community, empowers career growth, and enables us to deliver exceptional service to our clients.
